Thanks for signing up with one of our credit repair management plans. There's a handful of things we'll need you to do as soon as possible.

1. 1. Please review the Disclosure Agreement. Please affix signature upon confirmation that you have read and understood the content.
      1. Review your document and fill in all necessary information.
      2. Sign your document.
      3. Then after signing the document, you will go to the confirmation page where you can download the disclosure agreement.
   2. You'll need to sign up for a credit monitoring service via our partners, MyFreeScoreNow. This is required so we can actually pull every piece of information about your credit report, provide an ongoing report of your progress and also accurately dispute. This ongoing monthly monitoring service is required for as long as we are handling your credit disputes.
      1. You will be asked to provide your basic information and please be aware that there is a subscription fee involved in getting this credit monitoring service.
      2. Important Note: Please save or write down your username and password.
      3. Once you are completed, you may begin step 3.
   3. Please CLICK HERE for the On-Boarding form which will have you upload a copy of your Drivers License or State ID. You'll also need to upload proof of your current address (some type of mail you've received - a water /electric/ phone bill) You can also send a copy of your social security card but that is optional.
      Please make sure you're signed up for credit monitoring as that is essential and you'll be asked for that information as well on the onboarding form
      1. You will need to provide you basic information and documents to us so that we may send out dispute letters on your behalf.

   4. Please click the SELECT SERVICE PLAN button below to select your suitable monthly subscription or subscriptions.
      1. Review your contract and fill in all necessary information.
      2. Sign your document.

1. You should already receive an email regarding your login at https://portal.creditmanager.io/ - This is where you'll submit these required documents and be able to monitor your credit repair progress. Let us know if you did not receive it.
2. Finally, please schedule an appointment to speak with one of our specialists to get properly onboarded. They will review the previous 4 items and other information you'll need to know. That is all. We'll take care of everything else for you.

Here is what you can expect from us next…

1. You will receive email and text updates when we have sent out dispute letters on your behalf.
2. You may or may not be contacted by your customer representative for an update so keep an eye out.
3. A single dispute round may take between 30 to 45 days to complete. The bureaus may work faster or may take longer, that is out of our control.
