Financial Sanction respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same in return. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512, Financial Sanction responds to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement.

This policy applies to content made available through Financial Sanction , including content submitted, published, or managed by authorized users, staff, contractors, or third parties.

Counter Notification

If you believe that content you submitted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification.

Your counter notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice

Repeat Infringer Policy

Financial Sanction maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are determined to be repeat infringers. Financial Sanction reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy.

Third-Party Content Disclaimer

Content displayed through Financial Sanction may be provided by users, independent contractors, affiliates, agencies, clients, or other third parties. Financial Sanction does not control or actively monitor all submitted content and is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or ownership of such materials.
